We always enjoy going to Germany. We have had the pleasure of two exchange students and we were able to connect with them and their families on this trip. We were able to travel to many wonderful places in Germany while staying at Thomas and Sabine's lovely flat. They live on the 7th floor of a nice apartment building with an elevator and all the comforts of a modern and fully functional home. And a very nice view of the countryside around Schwarzenbek. From their home, we could take their car to the towns close by using their navigation device. We took the train to Hamburg (an easy train ride) and were able to meet other friends there. We loved the towns of Lubuck, Lauenburg and Ratzenburg and others. Thomas and Sabine were very professional and a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend a home exchange with the Riechert's.
