About Exchange Houses Perfect place to enjoy of Izmir. Beautiful view of sea is very close to our location.Wifi, Dish washer/Washing machine, tv, white amenities and tv, etc. available .
Can do Daily or (long) weekend excursion around of KUSADASI and historical monuments of old civilizations. Such as Agora, Ephesus, Pergamon. The house is an excellent home base for exploring the museums, monuments, parks and historic sites of the area
This house is duplex, , beautifully designed as seaside house. With all amenities & equipment, the kitchen with it's appliances,
living room, a master bedroom and additional bedrooms (double bed) House is 40 minute away from Izmir /ADB airport by express highway, two minute to seaside and 45 minute to Greece Samos island by boat. If you interest swimming , wind or kite surf beachs are about two minute away from our summer house. There are lots of activities know you’ll enjoy if you prefer our summer house .
This seaside house in Kusadasi situated in a lovely location very close to within walking distance to also restaurants, shopping centers. There is public transportation to downtown. Around there are historical ruins, old churchs. You can arrange Daily boat tours to Ephesus and Greece island Samos is 45 minute by boats. We prefer “Non Simultaneous Home Exchange” or “Hospitality Home Exchange”
We are retired couple so we can arrange timing regarding your offer.
We also prefer to accomodite two guests.

What are your expectations from the holiday? Sea, landscape, history, museum, shopping, swimming, wind or kite surfing, diving, delicious food, friendship, chatting together? Or all of them? Home comfort, kitchen utensils, clean bathroom, washing machine? Reliable environment, transportation and unforgettable memories. My wife and I would like to exchange our house with you in Kusadasi sea house.
Kusadası Izmir ADB Airport is about 45 minutes by car 80 km. Cottage duplex house with 3 rooms, two showers with enough kitchen equipment you can live like your own home,
the beach is just a 2-minute walk away. You can eat and sunbathe at the restaurants on the beach at a very reasonable price.
If you want shopping, two great shopping mall's are waiting for you.
History? Holy town Selcuk, Virgin Mary House,
The city of Ephesus is only 35 minutes away by public transport. If you want to stroll in the center of Kusadası and have late night entertainment, Bar Street is always fun with football matches, play back musics on the big screens. Sea & History & Fun & Shopping = Home Exchange
