Wonderful apartment with large terrace in a modern newly renovated house (built in the 1980s). Perfect location directly next to the English Garden to relax after exploring the city. Bedroom with large double-bed (180 cm). Living room can be used a bedroom 2 with comfortable convertible sofa (160 cm). Dining room with open kitchen and space for 4 adults. Perfect location for a couple. Maximum capacity for 4 adults.

Wonderful neighborhood directly located next to the English Garden (15 meters) with Biergarten Chinesischer Turm (200 m) or swimming in the Eisbach (300m). Isar (to relax, swim, hiking, biking etc. 200m). Cool Lehel quarter with shopping opportunities and plenty of restaurants and bars around the corner. Free parking zone in front of the house (very unusual in the City of Munich).
