Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Our house is 10 min away from the city center surrounded from very nice neighborhood, 5 min. away with bike from forest, 3 min. walking distance to shopping center,and famous footballstadium ,beach volleyball area and lake are nearby. Very nice pubs and restaurants arround. Our cosy outdoorbed in the garden is waiting to give relaxing time after discovering that wonderful city. Bikes are in the garage. Children toys are waiting to use
We have a nice open living cookingarea in the ground with an open fire place. In the summer we have a small pool for kids.On the 1th floor you find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2th floor master bed room with bathroom and extra terasse.
Today cologne is the fourth largest German City and the centre for the media, an international trade fair location, a University City and a Vibrant focal Point for art and culture.
Cologne is fantastic located to travel to Paris (4 h with car ) Amsterdam ( 2h with car) Brussels ( 2 h with car)

Near by, walking distance we have fantastic restaurants: portugiese, taiwanes, italien, japanese and german food is very much recommanded
