Ons huis
Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
We have a spacious city center located apartment (65 m²) in Nantes. It's newly renovated and close to public transportation (3 minutes walk to the tramway). The apartment is a perfect starting point for sightseeing tours into the city as well as into the more rural areas. Also, the atlantic sea as well as La Baule and Paris are not far and easy to reach ( two hours and 15 minutes by train).
The apartment is suitable for two adults and one or two children. We have a large kitchen, a cosy living room, and a bathroom.
We also have a master bedroom and one guest room/kid's room with a pull out sofa bed.
It is beautifully decorated, bright and quiet in and old style building.
The appartment is on the 1st floor of a small builduing of 3 floors.
Perfect to visit the city without using a private car.
45 minutes to the sea.

Nous sommes situés dans un quartier très calme à proximité du centre-ville (10 minutes à pieds). Vous trouverez de nombreux commerces proches de l'appartement tout comme de nombreux lieux culturels, bars et restaurants en centre-ville.

Onze tips voor leuke activiteiten en uitjes bij ons in de buurt
Our apartment is located only a few minutes walk from the city center. You will find many restaurants, bars, cinemas and theaters. You have to visit the beautiful Passage Pommeraye, Royal place and Graslin place. The Castle "Ducs de Bretagne" is a perfect visit (also kid's friendly). At the top of the Bretagne tower, you cas see all around the city.
If you follow the green line, you will see the important places of the city.
The "île de Nantes" is also a few minutes walk. You can see "Les machines de l'île" : majestic animal like the elephant (wood), the carrousel, the galerie (bestiary of machines).
The Atlantic ocean is about 45 minutes away (Pornic, St Brévin, La Baule, Le Pouliguen, Noirmoutier, Piriac sur mer, Guérande,...) You can go by car or train depending on the city/village.
Paris is about 2 hours by train.
