Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Spacious renovated house with garden and lot of privacy near lake and forrest in the beautiful "Tuchola Forest"region. Swim in lakes surrounded by miles of forest with biking paths. Less than one hour (either car or train) from historical city of Gdansk. Near historical teutonic castles and old towns of Kwidzyn, Grudziadz, Chelmno. 5 minutes by bike or car to stores.

This is on the outskirts of village being 2 km from small town Warlubie that has large selection of stores and transportation. It is 200m to nearest lake, but more secluded lakes in a pine forest are bike ride away. 20 km from there there is windsurfing community with rentals and instructions available. Lots of hiking and biking options. Some horse riding and sailing offered within 20 minutes rides. Nearby towns of Grudziadz (16 km ) and Nowe (9km) provide restaurants and museums. Near historical Vistula river with great views.

This is rather quiet area but if searching for nightlife, museums and restaurants, I recommend city of Gdansk (direct train 52 min, 101 km along the highway)
Nature, forests, lakes, biking are the main attractions. Some good home-style cooking available in Warlubie, Grudziadz, Nowe and Gniew- all within 10-15 minutes

We prefer visitors who are interested in the region and have some respect for nature and are responsible. Although place is very private and can accomodate ten people we discourage parties and one night stays. Taxi service is available. You are welcome to help yourself to plants and fruits in the garden.
