Our beautiful house is located in the city of Salzburg (approx. 150,000 inhabitants) in Austria. It is in a purely residential area, so very quiet with nice neighbors. A bus, which goes directly to the center, is only a 3-minute walk away.
The house has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the dining room and the living room as well as an office and a toilet. On the first floor there is a bedroom (from which you can access a large terrace), a children's room, a bathroom and a toilet. Our 16-year-old son lives on the top floor (2nd floor), but he has his own bathroom and toilet. The ground floor and the first floor are offered for exchange. We have a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and also a sauna house. There is a basketball hoop in the garden. In summer, our beloved glass house is richly stocked with fresh vegetables that you can help yourself to! The house is equipped with a bath, shower, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a steamer.
The house is in the city of Salzburg, but here you can take wonderful walks in the countryside, there is a stream nearby (the "Glan"), fields, meadows and a wonderful view of the Hohensalzburg Fortress and the surrounding mountains (Untersberg , Gaisberg, Schlenken and Staufen).
