You can start your walks or mountainbike trips just outside the door. Supermarkets, a butcher, bakery or a pharmacy are in walking distance. An indoor swimming-pool and a sauna is available in the neighbouring village (3km). Numerous beautiful mountain-lakes, picutresque villages, climbing-spots or via-ferratas, plenty of huts you can walk to and enjoy traditional food. Within 1 hour driving distance you can also reach lovely Italian cities/villages (Bozen) in the south or Bavarian villages to the north (Garmisch-Patenkirchen). In winter season it is a perfect home-base for backcountry, crosscountry or traditional skiing in well-known spots like Seefeld, Ischgl, St.Anton or Kitzbühel.
