Modern, very comfortable, 10 year old home overlooking Waikawa Bay on the outskirts of Picton. The home enjoys all day sun. It is adjacent to the Waikawa Marina & is within 25km of the famous Marlborough wine growing area. Picton is a small seaside town and is the gateway to the beautiful Marlborough Sounds.
