Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Our one-and-a-half storey house was built in 1996. It has a sunny sea view from the north side of Napier Hill, close to both Napier’s and Ahuriri’s amenities. These include numerous cafes and restaurants, seaside walking/cycling paths, a museum, art galleries, antique shops, Cathedral, cinemas and theatre. The Art Deco style of architecture, adopted after the earthquake of 1931 interests many visitors.

DESCRIPTION OF OUR NEIGHBOURHOOD AND SURROUNDING AREA.
Our neighbourhood is a quiet cul-de-sac within easy reach of both Napier city and Ahuriri village. Full amenities are available in both places.
Hawkes Bay abounds with wineries offering excellent food and cellar-door tastings and sales. There is an expansive network of cycle and walkways that offer coastal views or trips further inland. A Saturday Farmers Market sets up every week in town, or one can drive to the Hastings Showgrounds d (15kms) on a Sunday morning and try the local produce there.
A 26 minute drive takes one to the village of Havelock North, nestling beneath the Te Mata ridge line, where boutique shops draw in visitors like a magnet.
The Napier airport is a 12 minute drive away, with regular flights to Wellington and Auckland which offer international travel.
