Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil

Comfortable, clean, warm Villa which has 3 bedrooms, sleeping a total of 6 people set on half an acre. Close to the Taieri River, tennis courts, local shop , garage, hotel and local cafes and craft shops. 8km from Mosgiel, another town with all major services, shops and supermarkets.

Our neighbourhood is very quiet and friendly, we are a 1.5km walk from our local, Cafe, Shop, Garage, Tennis Court, Craft Shops and 8km drive from our local town, Mosgiel which has all major services, Supermarkets and shops.

1.5km walk to local shop, cafe, hotel, tennis courts, garage. 2km walk to the River. 8km to Mosgiel which is a town with all major services and shops including Supermarkets. 1hr drive to the Otago Rail Trail although great biking to be had around the local roads as we are on the flat. 3.5hours from Central Otago.

Wat we graag willen of wat juist niet...

Our house is clean and tidy, we would like it to be left that way. No smoking. No shoes to be worn inside at any time. We have a septic tank and no chemicals or sanitary products are to be flushed down the toilet or poured down our drains other than the ones we have available for cleaning. Our dogs will not be here when you stay and I can arrange to have our chickens fed if you do not want to do this.
