Brand new penthouse, with a side seaview from its terrace over the Grand Harbour and the skyline of the old city of Valletta. Flat has 2 bedrooms (2 double beds ), open plan kitchen living room with a comfortable sofabed and very good size shower bathroom with bide. Property is 100 msq included terrace and equipped with all comforts like air conditioning, wi-fi, TV, coffee machine and PC in the second room. We can exchange our car or Motorbike 125 cc.

Located in a very central area 15 minutes walk from the sea (Sliema) and 2 minutes from the bus stop. The house is located in a residential area, near the university. The island of Malta is very small and is only 40 km from north to south.
