Cozy house, 77 square meters in a safe and quiet place with a small garden, parking, well equipped for relaxation. 5 minutes drive from the best beaches and 10 minutes from the center of the old town of Porec. Close to all popular attractions ,supermarkets, good restaurants.
Just sit on the beach and enjoy the sun, sea, pine trees and air or stroll for miles along the coast, make excursions big and small, drink a good wine, taste truffles and try the highest quality olive oil.

The house is located in a small calm village, near a church, surrounded by fields and forest. Residents are friendly, safe place. There are also some tourist houses. Located near Porech, a popular tourist center. In the village there is a famous winery, a popular restaurant with good quality cuisine, small local supermarket. Close to the sea, to the best beaches with crystal clear water, surrounded by pine trees and with good infrastructur , to the aquapark. The Pula airport is 50 km away. To Italy 80 km, to Slovenia 55 km.
