Wonderful 16th century Montenegrin stone farmhouse with spectacular sea and mountain views, lovingly restored and modernised by the owners, a writer and a property company director, with two young children and two cats who live outside.
Roza Kuca (the Pink House) is a family home, which looks out over the magnificent Bay of Kotor and the Adriatic sea, and Lovcen, Montenegro's most famous mountain. It is surrounded by 5 tiny churches and is just over 15 minutes drive from several popular beaches and about 40 minutes from the great Venetian walled city of Kotor, which throughout the summer and autumn is visited daily by the world's great cruising ships.
Montenegro has a long and dramatic coastline with mountains plunging directly down to the sea. The country is the undiscovered jewel of Eastern Europe and is once again becoming a destination for film stars, artists and outdoor enthusiasts, It is located on the Adriatic, south of Croatia. Nearest airports are Dubrovnik and Tivat
