- This was a fabulous exchange - the house, the garden, the neighbourhood and the city. I feel like I hit the jackpot with this exchange. It was truly a please meeting Marg and Sandy as they so gracious and hospitable to me during my stay. This home reflects a lot of love, happiness and serenity. Thank you!

We are two 75 year old women who enjoy life... we live in a beautiful city in a walkable neighbourhood close to several beaches. Two local shopping areas are within easy walking distance. A 30-40 minute walk will take you to Victoria’s Inner Harbour & downtown shops.
We have created a lovely garden which brings immense pleasure to ourselves, family, & friends. As well, we recently purchased an outdoor hot tub.
