Hi, I'm Joan, born and raised in Scotland but have lived in Canada for years. I'm a retired acadamic (Philosophy) who has moved on to make a career out of my other passion - the theatre. My married daughter lives with husband and two grandchildren (the light of my life) in Vancouver so is available to help with any questions you have while you're here.I don't drive so need a place that's either in the thick of things or close to really good transit.
