We had a great exchange with the Rossi family. The house is perfect for a small family with children, our two girls immediately played with the many Paw Patrol toys available. Creamy the cat was very easy to care for, Monica documented all the to-dos and tricks for the house perfectly. Treviso is a very nice little town and always worth a visit. You can get to Venice very easily and very cheaply by train, the station is about 800 meters away. The communication was always good, we can highly recommend the Rossi family and would exchange with them again. Thank you very much!

Monica and her family were such incredible home exchange partners! We did a non-simultaneous exchange and so they stayed in their home basement area while we stayed in their main house. It was an incredible cultural experience for us complete with a welcome dinner with pizza, lots of language help, a lasagna, famous Treviso tiramisu made by the Nona and a trip to the Dolomites with the family! They did so much to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The kids were so much fun too! Their house is extremely comfortable and well located, just 10 minute walk from the train station where you can get a direct train to Venice. We also went biking to Treviso and explored the beautiful surrounding towns such as Marostica and Bassano di Grappa with their medieval castles and arcades. We highly recommend wine tasting in Conegliano, home of the Prosecco brand. If you want a true cultural experience in addition to a vacation, could not recommend this home exchange more highly!
