Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Our light-filled, newly built contemporary home is set amid beautiful open countryside with outstanding views over the Shannon Estuary, Bunratty Castle, and Ballintlea Castle which lies on the grounds of a farm beside our home. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a large open-plan kitchen/living space. Being a family of five, the house comes well equipped with toys, books, games and bikes etc and as a guest in our home you will have access to unlimited fiber broadband (WIFI) facilities.
Our house is a 5 minutes drive, or a 15 minute walk, to the nearest village of Cratloe and Shannon Airport is a 15 minute drive away. This location makes our home the perfect base for touring the beautiful West and Southwest Coast of Ireland (Cork, Kerry, Clare and Galway). The West of Ireland is an amazing place filled with lovely atmospheric towns and villages, soaring cliffs and long stretches of sublime coastline. There are many Blue Flag beaches in Clare which are less than an hours drive from our home.
