Our home is situated in the beautiful coastal town of Portmarnock. Upstairs contains 3 double bedrooms, a reading room with futon (cot also available) and our office. Downstairs consisted of two sitting rooms equipped with tv, dvd etc., We have a fully equipped kitchen, laundryroom, gardens front and back with nice sunny patio area. Full wi-fi throughout the house. Our office is also situated upstairs. As we keep our personal belongings here when we exchange, this room is usually locked during this period.
We keep our home very clean and tidy and prefer to swap with others who accept the same standards in return. We seek swaps with members who can offer a sunny outside space to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine in the evenings.

Our home is situated in Portmarnock, a small seaside village 10 miles north of Dublin and approximately 15minutes drive from Dublin airport. We are just five minutes walk from beautiful Portmarnock beach, known locally as the Velvet Strand. Malahide village, castle and park are but a 10 minute drive. Lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants locally where you can enjoy good quality food and drinks. You can access Dublin city in approximately 20 minutes using the nearby DART (train system). Several buses also serve the area.

Onze tips voor leuke activiteiten en uitjes bij ons in de buurt

Three minutes walks to beautiful Portmarnock beach. lovely 2 mile walkway along the sea between Portmarnock and Malahide. A visit to Malahide castle and grounds is a must. Also the newly opened Model Railway museum. For kids, they'll enjoy a trip on Toots, the local "train"(trolleybus) that takes you from the train station, around the castle and the village of Malahide.
Golfers' paradise. Several golf course within a short drive including Portmarnock, Malahide, Sutton, Howth, Clontarf to name but a few. Good bus and train routes to Dublin city.
