Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Flat, ground-floor, in award winning Meander building designed by Rob Krier. Terrace and garden.
Very quiet (no cars allowed) with beautifull view over canal. River cargo-boats passing by.
Bedroom with twin beds, study with sofabed, sofa bed for two persons in lounge. Piano.
Nola, a very cute calico cat will stay at home.
Good transport links. Bus 18 stops in front of the building, brings you in 7/10 min. to/from Centraal Station. 5 min. walk to tramway 3 (Van Gogh museum, Rijksmuseum, Stedelijk Museum) and 5 (Leidseplein, theatres). 10 min. walk to Jordaan quarter, Anne Frank House, and in the opposite direction to Westerpark (cultural center, cinema, restaurants in industrial monument).

The quarter where I live is like a cosmopolitan village in the city. Calm streets with well restored 90 years old red-brick houses and some new buildings like ours.The people who are living here are from all over the world and of all ages.
Many trees and parks, the most famous is Westerpark with is cultural center, cinema, restaurants in industrial monument, an old gas plant.
