Large apartement in center of Nantes city (downton). Close to the historic area and all the activities. It is on the top of a new building at the 9th level. We have a beautiful and large terrasse of 80 meter square with a beautiful vision of the loire river. We leave in the Nantes island on the Loire river. This is a new part of the city with a lot of attractions and close to the Jules Verne area with the "Machine de l'ile" and the elephant. The neighborhood is really attractive with majority of young people. We have also a commercial center named "centre Beaulieu" really "chic". We are close to the sea (30mn by train) in a beautiful area of britany

We are in the most exciting area of the one of the preferred city in Europe for it's quality of life. All the best restaurants, bars, the castle, the museums are at a walking distance from our building.
We are close to the train station, 2 hours to go to Paris using TGV or 30 mn to go to the beach in britany. Beautiful areas like La Baule, Le Croisic and Pornic.
