Large, warm, design and totally renovated apartment very close to the hyper centre and ideally located. Apartment with all conveniences: large living room (40 m2), separate kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathropms, 2 wc, very comfortable, spacious and luminous. Located in the center of Bordeaux, close to the tram and bus (down the residence). 10 mn in tram and 15 minutes walk from the historic center of BORDEAUX.
The station is located 10 minutes by bus from the apartment (Direct Line).

Apartment completely renovated, close to the boulevards but very quiet, and ideally located in a historic and very bourgeois part of the city of BORDEAUX. The surrounding area is high standing and historic with little parks, shops and restaurants close proximity.
Ocean beaches, Saint Emilion, the Pyla dunes ... are 30 to 45 mn drive or by train from from home.

Onze tips voor leuke activiteiten en uitjes bij ons in de buurt
Our apartment is very close to the transport (tram and bus at the bottom of the apartment that will take you in less than 10 minutes of the city centre. Shops and restaurants very close too.
All luxury and typical french shops are arround 15 mn walking or 10 mn by bus or tramway. French (cuisine du sud-ouest) and international restaurants are very close to the appartment too.
Several small parks are 10 mn walking from flat.
Ocean beaches et saint émilion are 45 mn and 30 mn drive or train from home.
