Ons huis

Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil

Hello ?! Our house is a typical provencal farmhouse, built in 2003. It is located in a town of 11,000 inhabitants, 25 minutes from Aix en Provence, 40 minutes from Cassis, 45 minutes from Marseille and 1h10 from St Rémy de Provence. We live at the end of a road, in a quiet residential area. Our large garden ( 4000 m2) is fenced and you can enjoy the swimming pool and the many outdoor amenities. All around Trets you will find vineyards as we are in the heart of Provence and its famous rosé ! Our villa is a B&B, but we will close this part of the house during your stay so that you will be alone to enjoy the property.
Trets has a beautiful market on Wednesdays. We have organic producers + a very good organic store in the village. Plenty of good wines and food all around !
Also, for hiking lovers, we are very close to many trails: Mount Ste Victoire is 15 minutes from here, Trets is in the Regional Reserve of Sainte Baume mountain where you will also have many beautiful trails. We will leave many documents to help you discovering our beautiful region.
Our cat ( Calisson) will stay at home but he is an outside cat ( due to allergy, he is not allowed inside) and doesn't need special care.

Our neighborhood is residential. it is a very quiet area, even if in the summer it happens that the surrounding swimming pools generate a little noise. There is no security problem and we get along very well with our neighbors. Downtown Trets ( 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk), you will find everything you need: Bakers, butchers, restaurants, supermarkets, organic store etc…..

Onze tips voor leuke activiteiten en uitjes bij ons in de buurt

From our house, you can easily get to the city center of our small town ( 5 minute drive or 20 minutes walk) where you will find cafes, restaurants, butchers, bakers, supermarkets, organic soap producer, grocery with local products. On Wednesday, we have a very typical fresh market ( honey, organic bread, vegetables, cheese, meat, fish, fresh pastas etc….). During the summer, in Trets there is usually festivals ( music).
Our home is central to visit many touristic places: Aix en Provence ( 30 mn), Mount Sainte Victoire ( 15 mn), Marseille (45 mn), Cassis (40 mn), Luberon régional parc (40 minutes), Camargue (1h)….
