This was a wonderful exchange with Mireille's flat in Nice. It is lovely and spacious and we enjoyed sitting on the rear balcony in the evenings. It's very near Nice Riquier station, from which you can travel easily on the train up and down the coast. Mireille left lots of useful information in the flat. I recommend the coast east of Nice. It's only 5 minutes to Beualieu-sur-Mer from Nice Riquier. Also, Ventimiglia market, in Italy, is only 40 minutes' away. Every Friday, good cheap clothes. And the Lérin islands near Cannes. I hope to repeat the exchange if possible!

Appartement très agréable et très bien placé.

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Mireille qui a tout fait pour que nous nous sentions bien chez elle. L'appartement est très clair, très agréable avec ses 2 balcons et très bien chauffé en hiver. Il est aussi situé dans un quartier vivant avec beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants. Néanmoins on y dort au calme. Nous recommandons l'appartement de Mireille aux membres de Homelink. Sylvie et Robert

Die Wohnung von Mireille liegt perfekt. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sie sehr gut zu erreichen. Zum Hafen und zur Altstadt ist man in wenigen Minuten gelaufen.Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Sie ist sehr gross und hell und es gibt allen Komfort , den man braucht. Mireille ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin , sie hat uns mit vielen Informationen versorgt. Meine Wohnung hinterließ sie sauber undenkbar ordentlich. Vielen Dank!

Grâce à cet échange nous avons découvert Nice et surtout une Niçoise très sympathique et serviable. We were met with a very warm reception by Mirelle upon our arrival at her apartment in Nice. She had prepared a beautiful welcome pack for us, which was much appreciated by Christine and myself. The apartment met all our expectations, the location of the apartment in the port area was very convenient for exploring Nice and beyond. Shops, restaurants and sightingseeing are on the doorstep. Mirelle left plenty of information for exploring Nice and the surrounding areas. Buses and trains for exploring the whole of Cote D'azur are only a few minutes walk from the apartment. The main balcony of the apartment is spacious and we had many a very relaxing time there. Our home was looked after by Mirelle during her stay. Mirelle is very organised and made our trip very enjoyable by providing us with lots of information even before we travelled. We recommend this very experienced "homelinker".

Nous avons fait un excellent séjour chez Mireille à Nice du 17 au 23 octobre. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement avec un apéritif au cours duquel nous avons eu toutes les informations et les renseignements utiles sur la ville .Le frigidaire était rempli de bonnes choses sans oublier les chocolats à déguster. Très bien situé en plein centre ville, dans une résidence calme, l' appartement très propre est lumineux et ensoleillé. Il permet de visiter la ville de façon très confortable car il est parfaitement équipé et adapté aux échanges ..Mireille était venue chez nous à Marseille en juin et nous avions déjà eu l' occasion d' apprécier sa gentillesse et son respect parfait des lieux. C'est une chance de pouvoir rencontrer un partenaire d' échange aussi agréable.

Thank you Mireille for a fantastic exchange. Your apartment was perfect for our needs. We especially enjoyed the 2 balconies affording great places to sit, read & relax whatever the time of day. The port area is our favourite part of Nice & your home was in an ideal position for this. It was also ideal for buses to the lovely beaches at Villefranche-sur-mer & Beaullieu. Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour à Nice où Mireille nous a aimablement accueillis par ses cadeaux de bienvenue faits maison ! Son appartement est très bien situé pour permettre de découvrir la ville, près du vieux port (malheureusement en travaux quand nous y étions), et près d'une station de tram (2 stations pour la vieille ville). Appartement confortable, les enfants ont adoré dormir dans la mezzanine, un lit de "grands" ! Nous avons pu profiter du beau temps et découvrir tranquillement la ville, la plage, les parcs et les musées, et même pousser jusque l'arrière-pays. Très très agréable séjour ! Merci encore à Mireille.

We had everything we hoped for: lots of space and an attractive interior. Our flight was delayed, but Mireille's daughter kindly waited to welcome us to the apartment. Plenty of good information helped us to travel in the city and beyond. The refrigerator was stocked with enough well-chosen food and juices and wine for several days! Thank you for such a good welcome. The frequent correspondence in the weeks and months before the exchange gave us great confidence. We felt that Mireille was totally understanding of all our questions - just as though we had met each other. Thank you for looking after our house so well, too.

A very nice apartment with big balconies. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our stay. We do absolutely recommend you to make exchanges with Mireille.
