Marseille) - Quiet and green on 1400 sqm with trees, many places to relax. House 150 sqm with large living room, it is furnished with a mix of antiques, classic and vintage pieces. Our house with 3 bedrooms is comfortable and pleasant to live in. The two toilets are separated from the bathrooms ( 1 bathroom and 1 small showerroom). We have a good internet, a smart TV and netflix. Best for max. 4 persons, please only the guests on exchange.
This is our main residence, we prefer simultaneous exchange but sometimes a non simultaneous exchange is possible too. Open to offers during all school holidays.
Swimming pool can be used from Juni to September... If you come with children, they have to be able to swim. - We have 3 bicycles and a Ping Pong table that can be used.
Dominant location & panoramic view in nice neighbourhood countryside. Surroundings consist of mediterranean pine forest and family homes in Pierrevert, located 3 km from the historic village center where you can find two very good bakeries, a grocery, a small supermarket, a butcher, two cafés, 1 good restaurant, a pharmacy, doctors, a sunday market and 3 wineries!
Next medieval town Manosque 4 km where you will find a lot of shops, boutiques, cafés, restaurants and a big cinema, saturday & wednesday markets.

You need a car to visit the touristic area. Car exchange is possible. We
would ask you to feed our cat (no litter box & food only outside) and would be grateful if you could water our plants in pots every three days and the garden once a week in summertime. It's important for us that you find a clean and tidy house and you can be assured that we will treat your home with respect and care.
