Our apartment in Paris and our cottage in Brittany are available at any time of the year. We are a retired couple from teaching who began to exchange in 2006.
We love music. JP is a bassoonist and a saxophonist and Blandine is a singer. We love literature, art, walking, swimming, kayaking in Brittany; we desperately try to fish with our kayak !!
We love to travel, of course, discover new destinations and meet new people, but we also like to go back to the places we loved and are very happy to stay in touch with the people we have already talked to.
We love the city, the mountains, the sea...
The exchanges are not necessarily simultaneous.
In Paris as in Camoël (South Brittany), we can accommodate only 2 adults non-smoking and without pets.

Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Our cottage is available all year since it is our second home. It is a typical Breton thached cottage dating from 1778 with garden situated in South Brittany at 4 km from the sea and 3 km from the river.
- a main room (37m2) with a kitchen/dining area
- a veranda living room / office
- a bathroom / WC on the ground floor
- a bedroom with 1 twin bed 180 cm on the first floor under the thatch (fresh in summer).
The house has a garden where you can have your meals and enjoy the sun and our plantations (vegetables, fruits...).
Everything is organic : food and cleaning products....

The beach is 10 minutes away by car or 30 minutes by bicycle ! All you have to do is cross the village to find the forest and its shaded paths, so pleasant in the summer when it is hot.
Our village is located north of La Baule 25 km and 44 km south of Vannes and the Golf du Morbihan.
Nearby, Pont Mahé in particular is well known for kayaking, surfing, sailing... Many beaches for swimming between Penestin and La Baule.
The forest is at the exit of the village for walks, cycling or horse riding (many riding clubs).
We are 10 km from La Roche Bernard and 30 km from Vannes.
You can reach Nantes (80km from Camoël) or La Baule (25km from Camoël) by TGV (High Speed Train) 3 hours from Paris (Montparnasse station).
