Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
250 m2 mansion in the affluent area Vedbæk, just 12 miles North of Copenhagen. The house has four bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms and one guest toilet. From the living rooms you can access the charming garden where you have an undisturbed view of open field. This is however not the countryside - the beach and vedbæk (small) town is 1000 meters, but our house is facing open views.
The beach is fine grey sand, and has an authentic harbour with fishing boats, yachts, surfers and 3 charming restaurants.
Local trains to Copenhagen city centre, airport and Sweden is only 15 minutes walk from the house, in the town centre of Vedbæk, where also restaurants and shopping facilities are located.

Vedbæk is a charming small town in the affluent area around the coast line from Copenhagen. The area has a unique combination of extraordinary nature, relaxed atmosphere and cosmopolitan spirit. With easy access to the city centre of Copenhagen you can combine the attractions of city life with relaxation in spectacular nature. Trains to and from Copenhagen runs on a 20 minutes interval every day of the week - including all night trains.
