We are NOT able to do exchanges this summer 2020 to foreign areas where travel recommendations for Denmark are restricted, and we can not go to cities with more than 750.000 citizens at present.
New luxury Beach House in Nyborg close to Odense and Copenhagen. Nyborg is a historical town, ancient capital of Denmark. Private summer house area directly to the beach with sea and bridge view. The house is very nice furnitured and comfortable with all modern equipment. Odense: 30 km. Copenhagen : 130 km. Legoland: 130 km. Aqua land and public pool: 200 meters.
We do ALSO EXCHANGE with a very nice small top floor apartment with balcony in central Copenhagen at 61 m2. Please contact me for further information. We expect, that your place is nice and clean, like our homes. We prefer exchanges with the possibility of a domestic help to do the final cleaning, like we offer in our homes.

Very nice Scandinavian beach to the open sea, facing the bridge (Storebæltsbroen) that connects Funen to Sjælland and Copenhagen. The houses are situated in a private area. The city, Nyborg, is only 2 kilometers away. Nyborg is the ancient Capital of Denmark with the old beautifull Castle and its surroundings, and is voting for a UNESCO town: http://en.nyborgslot.dk/.
