Our condo unit is situated 3rd floor on the unique“west pointe”of a 8 storey boutique building. It boasts 180 degree large floor to ceiling windows for lots of daylight overlooking a private 725 sq. foot wrap around patio with a lg. soothing fountain.The patio is completely surrounded by a 6' privacy hedge and trees.

The Aquabus watertaxi will take you to Granville Island Market, English Bay beach, Olympic Village, Science World and more. Very easy biking around Stanley Park via the"steps away" seawall path. Vancouver is a very bike friendly city with rental bike stations everywhere. Easy Skytrain service from the airport to our condo. There are markets and events galore to explore. Just google “What’s on Vancouver” to find out what’s happening on the local scene for live theatre, sports, jazz clubs etc. Or just walk, eat, rest, people watch... repeat.

Wat we graag willen of wat juist niet...
Our apartment is always clean and neat. We are meticulous. We ask that it's returned in the same manner you found it including the bedding, towels etc. BUT an exchange is a holiday. We understand if you want to walk away and not end your holiday time doing a clean. You may opt to pay $150.00 for a cleaning service instead which I encourage because that’s what I want to do at the end of my own exchange. There will be supplies upon your arrival but please replace any excess consumption during your stay.
