Our home on Piers Island is a modern three bedroom oceanfront home with an extra two bed bunkroom and two four-piece bathrooms along with a modern kitchen and huge new deck. Most of the home was completely rebuilt in 2015, including new large common area that all looks at the ocean through floor to ceiling windows. Quite spectacular but cozy at the same time. This is a half acre property with a fully fenced and landscaped oceanside yard sitting over 100 feet of high bank waterfront and a private dock and float. The island has three days a week of foot passenger water taxi but is primarily accessed by boats belonging to owners or guests. The home has all the features and services that come with bigger cities (power, water, internet, etc.) but is quaint and quiet and lovely in every way.
