Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil

Large Strata Duplex of approx 2400 ft on Ocean. We are i a 4 seasons home with all amenities . Set up for 4 adults or a family . There is a crib in small room off 2nd bedroom . There are two decks with full view of the ocean . We are close to the village of Sechelt on the B.C , Sunshine coast

Beschrijving van onze buurt en omgeving

Our Neighbourhood is a quite oceanside area just North of Vancouver . Though it is on the mainland, it is only accessible by ferry. Sechelt is a Coastal town of approximately 5,000 less than 2 hours from downtown Vancouver with good access by Ferry and bus connections . It is about 3 hours from Vancouver International airport . The town of Sechelt. Is a full service town with access to most everything including a fully equipped hospital and a very good movie theatre .

Onze tips voor leuke activiteiten en uitjes bij ons in de buurt

Small Strata complex on pebble beach ,close to great hiking, biking , and many water sports. Five minute drive to village with all amenities including hospital. There are many good hiking trails just outside your door or walks along pebble beach at low tide . Access to crabbing and fishing is right on the Beach , there is access to a small row boat and kayaks . The water is very swimmable from May to September . It is a pebble beach but a shallow entry .

Onze voorkeuren

Wat we graag willen of wat juist niet...

It is important to find our house as we left it . neat and tidy. We are quite proud of our place and expect the any individuals would feel the same. there is a fire pit that people get together at to watch the sunset which is quite friendly. The property is available mostly during June and July ( best season) though we are amenable to other times . therefore we are most interested in non simultaneous stays
