Thank you for a wonderful exchange; it was everything we were hoping for. From initial contact, communication with Rick and Eva was efficient and informative. Their home was clean and well organized for our visit. We especially enjoyed their interesting art collection. Courtice is well located for exploring this area of Ontario with close proximity to Toronto as well as many small, interesting towns. We would recommend the Grahams as excellent exchange partners.

We spent three weeks in Rick and Eva's attractive and well- equipped home. We felt very good in their home. Picnic, beach and fishing gear were available and very well-prepared. We appreciated this attention, the same for the detailed information for the GO train and the Presto card. From Courtice we went with the GO train to Toronto (CN Tower, Aquarium, Royal Ontarian Museum, Art Gallery, boat tour ). City Pass is recommended! Then we planned to fish at the Rice lake, Scuggog lake and Muskoka lake in the north. We enjoyed the surroundings of Canal Rideau and Jones Falls as we stayed two nights in an accomodation. Thousand islands (3-hour boat tour from Ganacoque) are impressive. At the end of our journey, we stayed tho days on the Niagara peninsula to visit Niagara falls and Niagara on the lake. We didn't want to have any stress . We liked observing the flora and fauna (red cardinal !). Back to France, We enjoyed meeting Rick and Eva in our home. Rick was kind enough to pick up us in the morning at the airport and Eva prepared a delicious dinner. We spent a very nice day with Rick and Eva and our conversations were very rich in terms of experience and culture. We got on very well and it was a pleasure to be with them. It was great to get to know you. Thank you for the many ways you made us feel welcome in your home. We loved the views from your home and the beauty of the Niagara Escarpment. I am now a fan of the Bruce Trail....may come back to see it again :)
