House in Schaerbeek, dynamic but quiet quarter in Inner-Brussels. Ground floor with big dining-kitchen, extra dining/music-room with E-Piano, toilet, roofed terrace, barbeque, garden with fish-pond. First floor with master-bedroom, big living room, bathroom, toilet. Second floor with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet. Wooden staircase from 1930s with stained-glass roof-window. Ample storage in the basement.

Next to beautiful, big Parc Josaphat with lawns, trees, ponds, a creek and a well, animals (Donkeys, chicken, horses), Café, playgrounds for children, Mini-Golf and facilities for Boule/Petanque. Neighbourhood with beautiful historical houses, partly Art Nouveau.

Short tram-rides will take you to the Atomium or Downtown.
