Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Our home is in Brisbane a river city on the Southeast coast of Queensland. We have sunny summers and lovely warm winters Our 3 bedroom apartment is in a leafy area and on the 7th floor with spectacular views of the city. We have 2 balconies with 270 degree views of the city and mountains with lovely sunsets and sunrises..Our building has an indoor heated pool, half tennis court and extensive gardens with BBQs. We use one bedroom as a study and there are 2 queen size beds in the other 2 bedrooms. There is an ensuite off the main bedroom. The large laundry ha a full size clothes line. Bus transport at the front door and the train within easy walking distance. The city is a 10 minute drive or park and catch a ferry.

Our neighbourhood is an older leafy inner city suburb near the largest university in QLD. Its very friendly,quiet and safe with convenient rail, bus and ferry transport. There is a 3 story shopping centre in the suburb with a small local shops within walking distance. There are lots of movie cinemas nearby, river walks and a short trip to the city centre with theatres, art galleries museums and parklands.

We are very close to major shops and the city centre with art galleries,museum, Southbank Parklands and theatres. Walking distance to local shops. We are within 10 -15 minutes drive to a number of restaurant districts. Lone Pine Sanctuary is 15 minutes away. There are many short and longer walking tails around Mount Cootha which is 10 minutes away as is Brisbane’s beautiful Botanic gardens.
