Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil

We have a contemporary 2-Bedroom, ground floor apartment with 2 bathrooms (including en-suite in main bedroom). Our apartment is part of the 'Regatta' resort-style complex overlooking Lake Kawana on Queensland's beautiful Sunshine Coast (near Caloundra).

Our apartment is very easy to maintain and is ideal for retired couples who wish to swap. It is equipped with all modern appliances and has ceiling fans and ducted air conditioning throughout. We have a large balcony off the lounge room and main bedroom with spectacular views of Lake Kawana. There is also a smaller balcony off the 2nd bedroom.

Amenities at Regatta Waterfront Apartments includes a lap pool and heated spa.

Our main balcony is opposite the finish-line for any regattas/boating events which are occasionally conducted on Lake Kawana. This provides you with a prime viewing location without having to leave home.

Our apartment is designed to take advantage of the beautiful warm/temperate climate we experience on the Sunshine Coast.

Our apartment is located on Lake Kawana with an abundance of nearby facilities, amenities and attractions. These include:

• Public Bus Stop immediately in front of the Regatta Apartment complex.

• 20 metres to Kawana Lakeside Walking Path with kilometers of walking and bicycle pathways.

• 150 metres to three Coffee Shops/Cafes, a Subway Eatery and Jetts 24-hour Gymnasium. Check out this link for Decisions Café: http://metropolist.com.au/sunshinecoast/decisions-cafe-birtinya/

• 150 metres (2 doors up from Regatta Apartments) to Kawana Private Medical Precinct which includes a Pharmacy/Chemist, several General Practitioners/Specialists and (another) Coffee Shop.

. 800 metres to BIRTINYA Shopping Centre (Coles, Aldi, speciality stores & dining).

• 3-minute drive (1.7 km) to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital & Health Precinct where there are even more Doctors, Specialists and Coffee Shops.

. 4-minute drive (1.8km) to Kawana Waters Farmers Market which is open every Saturday from 6:00 am to 12 noon (organic produce sold). The markets operate in the grounds of Kawana State College, Sportsman Parade, Bokarina.

• 5-minute drive (2.2 km) to the beach/Pacific Ocean.

• 8-minute drive (4.9 km) to closest major shopping centre (Kawana Shoppingworld – Woolworths, Coles, Big W, Aldi, etc. – over 100 stores.) plus Cinemas.
