Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Our apartment is close to the beach and town centre. We have ocean and river views in a secure building. Private access to the pool. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance.Port Macquarie is an easy 4 hour drive north of Sydney but we are also serviced by rail , bus and direct flights from Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. We have one of the best climates with average temperatures between 7-27*C. Port Macquarie offers beautiful beaches, national parks , 2 golf courses ,3 bowling clubs and a swimming complex. There are fabulous walks along the coast as well as river cruises and whale watching( seasonal ). The Glasshouse is a beautiful theatre seating 650 which hosts performances almost every evening and is within walking distance of our unit. Town Green which is also a short walk away overlooks The Hastings River right in the heart of the CBD and is a popular spot for eating fish and chips at sunset.There are many smaller communities a short drive from us with lots to offer and we are located in the Hastings River wine region.
