Our home is a very comfortable three-storey, four bedrooms and three bathrooms water view property in Como situated high above Georges River in the Sutherland shire of Sydney.

We are located 20 Km south of Sydney and have a regular railway system linked to and from the City. Our house is close the Royal National Park one of the largest Westfield shopping centres (5km), great restaurants and some of the most spectacular surf beaches in Australia (North and South Cronulla, Wanda, Eleoura Beaches), which are only 6 kilometres away. We are very close to Como Marina and Como Pleasure grounds with cafes and restaurants close by. The famous Como Hotel is within walking distance as are walking and cycling opportunities.

The house is located in a safe and very quiet street and faces directly onto the Georges River and is surrounded by great views from all balconies. The house is fully air conditioned and has ducted heating. From the bottom floor family room/movie theatre you can go down to the heated swimming pool for a cool dip.

We look across to Mangrove island in the Georges River. The Royal National Park is 5 kilometres away and is a popular destination for boating, hiking, bushwalking and mountain biking. Como is a suburb in the Sutherland Shire and is popular for all water and outdoor sports and is is easily accessible to Sydney City, which takes approximately 30 minutes by train with the railway station only minutes from the house. We are also close to many tourist attractions and the beautiful south coast resorts and beaches.

We feel our home is well suited to home exchangers looking for magnificent views, outdoor activities, excellent restaurants or just a rest as well as being within easy reach of Sydney
city. We are both semi retired and looking to explore new places and making new friends.
