Wake up to views over the valley
A delightful, eco friendly country retreat. We shared Dale and Peter's love of their home filled with many artisan possessions. It was very comfortable. We enjoyed wandering around their lovely gardens with cows hanging their heads over the fence, the mists clearing over the valley, yet within easy reach of the local store. We had some fantastic hikes in the nearby Nightcap N.P. and trips to the pristine white sands near Byron Bay. An excellent place to recharge the batteries. Dale and Peter were great hosts. Many thanks.

Peter & I are childhood sweethearts & very happily married after 50 years. Peter is retired after building three of our homes & I am following my passion of being a marriage celebrant. We have been fortunate to exchange in Europe the UK, Ireland, NZ & all over Australia All offers will be considered. We love gardening particularly with Australian natives, art, live theater (very good locally) and music. Pete has recently bought a tinny, a 12ft run about, and is a keen fisherman.We feel very blessed to live in a rural setting surrounded by a wealth of bird life and native animals but have our fantastic Bexhill old fashioned corner store with everything you need 2 mins drive & Lismore city centre 10mins drive with all its amenities.We have 3 gorgeous grown children two of whom live locally & would be on call if there were any questions or problems.
Not only are we looking forward to seeing new places but making new friends. We LOVE life!

Enjoy the peace & tranquillity of our arty retreat interrupted only by the sound of our abundant birdlife. Our modern home is designed to take advantage of the northerly aspect looking to the Nightcap Ranges and over the Corndale Valley. Although rural outlook the local bottle shop and convenience store are only 2minutes away. Every window has a view (even the loo with full louvers taking advantage of cross ventilation. Beautiful native gardens attract an amazing variety of birds, wallabys, echidnas and more. Watch the mist roll through the valley while the whip birds chorus. Peaceful Paradise

We live in a small estate of 12 small acreage treed blocks and our home is at the end of a culdesac and so very private. 0ur neighbours are friendly & helpful.There is a great convenience store, bottle shop 2 minutes drive. We have all the conveniences with stunning rural views. Kangaroos, echidnas, wallabies and abundant bird life are daily visitors. we are 5 mins drive to a great local café in Clunes and 8mins drive to our friendly local pub which has great food, atmosphere and music. The beautiful beaches are a pleasant 30mins drive awa. Life is good here!

We are only 2mins to a wonderful corner store selling everything from alcohol , fruit, veges and fantastic home made Indian food. 5 mins away is Clunes Café great coffee & café food, 8mins to Eltham Family Pub, atmosphere, food and music,another few minutes onto the famous Eltham Valley Pantry set amongst the pecan orchard.
Bangalow is a must with it's historic buildings unique shops and fabulous cafes, restaurants. "Town" has just been awarded a chefs hat!! We are central to the beaches of Byron, Lennox, Ballina Brunswick heads or head west to the mountains & waterfalls of the Nightcap Ranges, Nimbin, Clarence River & more
Lismore also abounds in quirky shops, great theatre, funky arcades and back streets, cafes and restaurants. Too much to mention. Or just make yourself a coffee on our machine and sit and enjoy the buzzing of cicadas. It's paradise!
