Dogs, cats and a few chickens would love a daily feed and quick show of affection.
Main room is a kingsize, spare is a queen-size, 2 others are a double and fifth room is a 3/4 bed. So house can sleep 9-10.

Approximately 30 minutes to the centre of Perth.

Would suggest having your own wheels.

Our children are teenagers so the house is set up with basketball net, table tennis, foozeball, air-hockey table and a few televisions, however can arrange a few baby items if required.
