Our apartment is on the top floor (5th floor) of a small complex, with lift access.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, with Queen size beds.
We have an en-suite off the master bedroom & another bathroom (with spa bath) as well as a separate W.C.
We have a large, airy living room with beautiful bay views.
There is a large balcony at the front to take in the views of the water and Moreton Island- directly in front is a fabulous duck pond and park. Out the back is another balcony which also has beautiful sunset views. A smaller balcony is off the main bedroom. Wonderful views!
We have a garage with automatic security door.
We have an in-ground pool within the grounds of our complex.
Within a short walk from our apartment a beautiful parks and swimming pools/beaches on the waterfront. Whale watching trips available for the Jetty.
Within easy walking distance there is everything you could want - shops, supermarket, numerous restaurants/cafes, coffee shops, clubs, library, cultural/ entertainment centre, local art galleries and museum, hospital and local bus services.
The area has extensive walk/cycle tracks.
We are about 35-40mins from Brisbane, about 90 mins from the Gold Coast, an hour from the Sunshine Coast, & 25 mins from the airport. At the next suburb is a train service direct to Brisbane.
Wireless broadband available, but you will need to bring your own laptop.
