Modern home in convenient location in Brisbane, the capital of Queensland, the Sunshine State. Brisbane is a modern city with easy access to bay islands, inland mountains and beautiful beaches at the Sunshine and Gold Coasts. All these attractions are within an easy drive from our home. Brisbane also has many natural and cultural attractions in its own right. Public transport, shopping centres, parks and walking/cycle paths are local. Cheap airfares from Brisbane to the south and north are readily available.
Brisbane has a temperate climate with very mild winters and a low average rainfall during April to September.
We have had 13 previous overseas exchanges. We would like one or more exchanges to add up to at least 4 weeks to make the long trip from Oz worthwhile. We will of course consider all offers and respond quickly. We welcome families so the long northern hemisphere school holidays are ideal for a visit to Oz.
