A family home consisting of 3 large bedrooms, lounge room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and second toilet. The large shed provides a second relaxing space. The house sits on a 1/4 acre block in the centre of Alstonville.
The home has polished wood floors throughout. The bedrooms are spacious - 2 rooms have queen size beds while the third room has a double bed. Two rooms have built in wardrobes. The rooms all have lots of windows which let in plenty of natural light.. All windows and doors have security screens on them so you can sleep with windows open if the nights are warm. In the living room the smart TV has subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Stan and Britbox. There is a covered back verandah with table and chairs. The verandah looks over a good sized, and very private back yard. In the back yard is a large shed which we have made into a second living area. it is equipped with a fridge, a small smart TV, internet access, lighting, a dining table and chairs and a 3 piece lounge suite

We say the home isn't suitable for young children mainly due to the garden. We have a large succulent garden with some plants that have long spikes which could injure young children. There are also some heavy garden ornaments which could cause injury if the children pulled them onto themselves. Also, our narrow front verandah does not have a railing, and anyone falling from it would land on a concrete path. We would hate for your child to be injured in our home.
