Ons huis
Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Remodeled spacious home in west Davis. Just over 2000 sq. ft. This home has 2 master suites with private bathrooms. A third small bedroom with a bathroom/laundry area off the kitchen. Large back patio and yard with a medium sized pool with solar heating and automatic cover keeping it warm enough to swim from about April till October. Outside patio area also has a Jacuzzi. All hardwood floors and lots of natural light. My family room houses a table tennis table.
Upscale neighborhood, safe for walking or biking. Not too far from UC Davis (about 2 miles) orchards and putah creek within walking distance.
Davis has plenty of public tennis courts and a great downtown and farmers market. Napa is a 1.5 hour drive away and so are the Sierras and the city of San Francisco.

This is California.. everything requires some driving as distances are great. We are one hour drive from Napa Valley, about that far from San Francisco (depends on traffic) 20 minutes from Sacramento. One hour and a half or so from Tahoe.

This is a family neighborhood, so no parties, or loud noises at night. I would like my home to be left clean. Trash taken to the curb for collections on Tuesday nights. Since Covid I now own a small white malshipoo dog. Which is a dilemma and needs to be considered when doing an exchange. We can discuss options.
