Modernist house, with a a swimming pool and near the beach. The house is fresh in the summer, and its an example of modernist houses of Valencia. Very comfortable an adapted to handicaped.
Beautiful rooms with very high ceilings with wooden beams.Large rooms and bathrroms. In the pool we have a tiny home with its own kitchen and toilet and full independence.

From the house you can go to the beach, to the montain and to walk in valencia and enjoy their streets and the woinderful life it has. Restaurants, beakery, farmacy and everything you need just a few minutes walking from our home. Very nice neibourhood, and neibourgs. Beautiful sunrise from our baranda. Es muy importante cuidar la casa y dejarla tal y como se la han encontrado. Limpieza y cuidado para una casa que es muy querida y cuidada. Es súper importante no fumar y no traer gatos a casa porque soy muy alérgica a las dos cosas. Queremos que utiliceis la casa como si fuera vuestra y la cuideis como vuestra. SI algo se rompe por error, por favor comprad algo similar, y decidnoslo para poder encontrar la solución.
