We would like to exchange in the following period:
July 3 rd - 20 the August 2021 simoultanous or non-simoultanous with destinations in Europe - anywhere within walking distance to seaside or to a lake for swimming. Our home is available July and August 2021 and also Easter (27.3.-5.4.) and Christmas/New Year 2021/2022 for simoultanous or simoultanous exchange.

Our family consists of 5 (3 adults + 2 teens aged 14 and 15). Attention: we have a small dog, Ivy - a Havanese, 4 kg and she wants to travel with us. Ivy is very well behaved and unproblematic. If a dog is not possible for you in your home, don't hesitate to ask - sometimes my sister can take her.
We offer a big apartment (240sqm) in the city center of Vienna. Small rooftop terrace. Our penthouse apartment sits on top of a fin-de-siecle building in the 8th district, just a few minutes walk or 3 stops (houses of parliament) or five stops (opera) with tramway to Vienna's historic centre. The tramway stops in front of the door. All supermarkets and conveniences are around the corner. No car is needed. The apartment has a spacious livingroom (with flat-screen TV, DVD, etc) and a bright dining room with a wintergarden. The kitchen is well equipped and you find everything you need. There are three bedrooms, each has a bathroom plus toilet attached; additionally there is also a study with a pull-out sofa for two. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a steam-bath. The master bedroom is upstairs and is connected with the rooftop-terrace. A stair-lift is available.
