• A fantastic location in a wonderful city.

  We loved our first visit to Madrid, not least because of the perfect base that is Paco and Angeles' wonderful apartment. We were made very welcome by Lucia and felt at home immediately. The location is perfect, especially having the delights of Parque El Retiro on our doorstep. Being within easy walking distance of the city centre's many attractions made for a wonderful city break. We had busy days and evenings, but were able to rest and relax as soon as we got home because that was just how the apartment made us feel. Thank you for a super exchange.

• Perfekt apartment in a perfekt location!

  It was our first home exchange and everything was perfect. The apartment is very cozy, very clean and super central. Close to the airport and with many very good restaurants and bars just 5 minutes from the house. You can walk through the park into the city or you have many options by bus and metro. Madrid has become our new favorite city, certainly also because of the perfect location of the apartment. Thanks very much Paco and his family. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

• Appartment full of character near city center

  We had a wonderful time at Francisco&Angeles' appartment in Madrid. The appartment is charming with a picturesque Spanish flair and very well situated within a walking distance of the beautiful Retiro park and the famous Prado museum. The metro around the corner is efficient and runs very often, yet we mostly walked to city centre. There are shops in the vicinity and the airport bus stops just a block away. Francisco and his family made us feel very welcome, there was Spanish food waiting for us upon our arrival and a lovely book of Madrid. We also got very useful tips from Francisco about travels to the nearby Segovia and Toledo, both very much worth a day-trip. We enjoyed our time in Madrid very much and will gladly recomment this host to others!
