A comfortable modest 3-bedroom bungalow in the midst of a pristine estate of homes, situated on the side of a hill, with easy care gardens and two water features. Above us are Gopa Woods with the site of an Iron Age hillfort, and below us distant views of the sea with its wind turbines and distant oil rigs. There is a lounge with comfortable seating, a dining area in the conservatory, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, two double bedrooms (one with en suite shower room), single bedroom/office, and full bathroom with bath and shower. There are two TVs (49" Smart TV in the lounge with Sky Q satellite TV and Freeview, plus one smaller TV in the kitchen with Sky Q and Freeview), DVD player with many DVDs available to watch, and two desktop computers with wi-fi.

We are 5 minutes walk from the entrance to Gwrych Castle where I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here was filmed in 2020, and 5 minutes drive to the sea front and North Wales Coastal Path. Close by is Snowdonia National Park, numerous beaches, walks, cycle tracks, woods, many towns & villages, watersports centre, etc.

Our home has easy access to the A55, and is ideally placed for visiting North, West and Mid-Wales, e.g. Snowdonia National Park, the Llyn Peninsula, the island of Anglesey, mountains, beaches, sea, ancient castles, historic houses and parks, designated Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Sites of Special Scientific Interest.

Also convenient for the English/Welsh Borderlands with its historic cities (e.g. Chester -45 minutes, and Shrewsbury), King Offa's Dyke, etc., and North and Central England with its beautiful countryside, historic houses & parks, etc.

There is a ferry service to Southern Ireland from Holyhead, Anglesey to Dublin and Dun Laoghaire, and an air service from Anglesey Airport to Cardiff, South Wales. Both are reasonably priced.
