The neighbourhood is very quiet during the summer months. We are located on a golf course and have fabulous views over the fairway and water feature. We have a community pool that is steps away from the front door. Within a few minutes drive we have a WholeFoods market with wine bistro and too many bars, restaurants and shops to list. The UTC Mall is only couple of minutes away and has all the high end stores you expect to find in an upmarket American Mall. There are two golf courses in our development that are open to public and several more good ones very close by.
Nathen Benderson Park is just around corner from us. It has huge lake and national and international rowing competitions are held there every year. It's a very nice place to walk around, probably around 4 mile walk.
Downtown Sarasota is gaining a reputation as one of best beach towns in America and has a lovely, vibrant downtown area with fabulous restaurants and a lively art scene. We have various theaters and an opera house. Lot's of individual shops line main street. There is a farmer's market on Main street every Saturday morning.
St Armand's circle is on the beach side and has amazing shops, bars and restaurants too. Lido Beach is lovely and Siesta key is not too far away.
