Our property is rural, in the middle of old growth redwood trees, but a 10 minute drive to award-winning wineries and restaurants. We spend most of our summer days lounging by the sunny pool at the house. But when we venture out, there is much natural beauty nearby to enjoy. The property is 40 minutes to the coast, where you can find canoeing and sea kayaking, and one hour to the coastal seaside town of Mendocino with charming shops and restaurants. We are a 15 minute drive to Hendy Woods, a state park with old growth redwood trees. Boonville is a charming small town where everyone knows each other. It's known as the area where the redwoods meet the vineyards, and we are lucky that it has been discovered by many acclaimed restauranteurs and wine makers who have decided to bring their wares to the Anderson Valley region.
