We are retired couple who love to travel. I (Stan) am a hospital pharmacist. Cheryl had worked for the state as area director of one of the offices of the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission. We have 3 children. Our daughter Christine is just getting her Ph.D. from Columbia University. Son Eric is a intellectual property lawyer. He and his wife have 2 children. Daughter Bridget is a pediatric nurse and the mother of our other two grandchildren.
Greece and Italy are two of our favorite destinations but we would love to experience other places. Looking to do an exchange in San Diego for June 2020 due to a great niece graduation.
For short trips we want to visit NY or anywhere. We love traveling and had been exchanging our home for over ten years on another website but wanted to try Homelink. Since this is a second home it is available anytime.

Relax in our well maintained home on Cape Cod (Falmouth, MA). Located in a quiet residential neighborhood you will be able to sample all that the Cape has to offer. The three bedrooms provide ample room for up to six people. On the main floor you will find the master bedroom with large full sized bathroom complete with 2 walk-in closets and whirlpool tub. Additionally, this level of the house contains a full kitchen with all appliances, a dining room, open living room with fireplace, laundry room with washer and dryer and a half bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs along with a full bathroom. The house is fully air conditioned.
Large windows on the main floor provide a view of the wooded area and fishing pond in the backyard. Two large white swans can often be seen swimming on the pond along with a number of ducks. A deck extends along the back of the house and contains a BBQ and a table and chairs for your enjoyment. Attach to the deck is a stone patio with a large fire pit.
Area beaches are a short drive away. You can easily catch a ferry to the islands of Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket, go whale watching, or simply enjoy all that the quaint beach town has to offer.

With neighbors close enough for safety but far enough for comfort our wooded lot provides privacy as well as beauty. Shopping is two miles away and South Cape Beach State Park a little further. Here you can enjoy everything in nature that the Cape is famous for. The 400 acre park contains long white sandy beaches, salts mashes, ponds and of course sand dunes
The town of Falmouth is the 3rd largest town on the Cape but still has all the charm of a small New England seaport. Located at the “shoulder” of the Cape it abuts Buzzard’s Bay and provides ferry service to several coastal islands. An hour drive from Boston or Providence, Rhode Island creates an opportunity for a number of vacation options. A sample of what awaits you in Falmouth can be found at www.falmouthvisitor.com.

There are so many attractions to see at the Cape. We have a book of attractions and fun things to do for all visitors. We are also 90 minutes away from Boston, a ferry ride away from Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.
